Nuclear Oblivion Training

Oblivion runners pre race day training.

Exclusive use for 2 hours to be able to put your strength and skills to the test and set a multi-lap record (using your Strava or similar).

Meeting at 5.30pm to jog the 3K course as a group before setting off at 6.30pm for your 2
hours of laps,finishing in the water zone.  Don’t forget to bring a towel and change of clothes.

Hot outdoor washdowns will be available, followed by a roaring fire pit and debrief & social, please bring your own snacks and drinks.
